Complete the registration form panel and return it with a $100 non-refundable deposit. The balance of the fee is due upon arrival. You’ll receive a confirmation packet with more information.
Accomodations: live-in or commute
Resident: The fee of $700 ($600 tuition plus $100 deposit) includes residence hall lodging (double occupancy, supervised by staff), meals beginning with Sunday dinner and ending with Saturday lunch, workshop T-shirt, and certificate of completion.
Commuter: The fee of $580 ($480 tuition plus $100 deposit) includes dinner on Sunday, lunch Monday through Saturday, workshop T-shirt, and certificate of completion.
Deposit: $100 for all participants
Payments
Payment Options: If you prefer, make periodic payments by check, with final payment due on the first day of the workshop. We will accept credit cards only on the first day of the workshop. Contact us for details about limited scholarship availability.
Cancellation or Refund: We reserve the right to cancel programs with insufficient enrollment; full refund will be provided. Cancellation by participants must be submitted in writing seven days prior to first day of workshop. The participant’s fee will be refunded minus $100 deposit. In case of a documented illness or family emergency the $100 deposit may also be refunded.
Drum Your Way Into Camp If you prefer to pay in smaller increments you can make periodic payments by mailing a check regularly. The final payment is due on the first day of the workshop.
Cancellation or refund
We reserve the right to cancel programs with insufficient enrollment; a full refund will be provided. If you cancel attendance in writing at least seven days before the start date you will receive a refund minus the $100 deposit. In case of a documented medical condition or family emergency, you will also receive the $100 deposit.
Scholarships
- Scholarship funding is based on generous donations. If you wish to contribute to the scholarship fund, please contact us.
- If you are a registered workshop participant who would like to apply for a scholarship, please fill out an application.
